My name is Yigit ( it means brave in Turkish )

 

I am living with my family in Istanbul. I have a son who is 14 years old and studying in German High School.

My wife & I've been married for 16 years, she is working as logistics manager in a company. 

​

Brief History of myself;

​

I was born in Istanbul in 1966. My family & I lived in Yalova. I have one sister. 

​

I studied until the end of first class of high school in Yalova. Then I moved to Istanbul to prepare myself for university exams and studied secodn & third classes also. 

​

I won the University of Uludag, Management Faculty in Bursa & completed ( 1983-1987 ). 

​

After completion of the University I decided to go to abroad and moved to London by the beginning of 1989.

I spend 2 years in London. During the period I studied English & at the same time I worked in a Restaurant Chain ( American Burger - Aberdeen Steak Houses PLC ). In London, I used to work in various branches of the company. I started in Oxford St branch and then moved to Bond St Branch as Supervisor and finally worked in Kings Road Branch as Restaurant Manager. I finalised my UK adventure by the end of 1990 and returned to Turkey to join the Army.

I was in the Army for 16 months period. After 4 months of training period in Infantary School I was graduated as Reserve Office and moved to Turkish 3rd Corps HQ in Corlu as G3 staff. I completed my Army Duty in Spring 1992. 

​

In the same year, while I was seeking for a job, I started to work in a Casino Management Company as Casino Accountant. I worked 1,5 years in that company.

​

December 1993, I started to Citibank as Operational Clerk. During the years I worked in different units under various responsibilities. At October 2016, I was agreed to retired from the Bank. 

​

Currently I am attending to Digital / Social Media trainings, in order to develop myself & learn this very popular profession.

​
